What Unishippers actually is
Unishippers is a third-party logistics company built for small and mid-sized shippers. It is part of the WWEX Group, alongside Worldwide Express and GlobalTranz. Franchise owners like us sell the program and service the accounts.
That structure is the product. You get access to the largest non-retail UPS® authorized reseller in the country, a 75+ carrier LTL panel, and a 45,000+ truckload network — without becoming a number at a national call center.
Blue Torch Logistics LLC owns the relationship. When a liftgate is missed or a PRO goes quiet, you are calling the franchise, not a rotating desk.
How we work a new account
- 1. Invoice audit. We read 30–90 days of parcel and freight invoices and mark where the tariff is leaving money on the table.
- 2. Mode mix. Some of what you call freight is parcel. Some of what you call parcel should be a pallet. We say so.
- 3. Cutover. Labels, pickups, and billing move onto myUnishippers™ with a named owner. No silent weekend switch.
